1. SCOPE AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us when you visit our website akasa.com (the “Site”), provide your information to us for informational or marketing purposes through the Site or through other means, or share your personal information with AKASA when applying for a job.

An Important Note: This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the personal information that we process on behalf of our customers through their use of AKASA’s services and platform (the “Customer Data”). The collection and use of Customer Data is governed by the contracts we have in place with our customers, and is subject to our customers’ privacy policies and/or notices of privacy practices. Any information that is collected via our Site is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.
