This new recognition builds on top of partnerships with prominent health systems that are deploying AKASA AI enterprise-wide. For example, Cleveland Clinic recently announced its implementation of AKASA AI across the midcycle (in medical coding, and later, CDI).

The report places AKASA at the top of a curated list of 31 startups and scale-ups evaluated by Black Book through in-depth surveys with healthcare executives, RCM professionals, and industry analysts. The rankings were based on comprehensive qualitative KPIs, such as innovation, scalability, executional readiness, and market adaptability.
